As the saying goes all work and no play makes jack a dull boy, and all play and no work makes jack a lazy boy. In regards to the above, the immigration service of the Berekum East Municipal organised fun games for various institutions to ensure staff exercise their bodies to keep fit. The exercise took place at the Holy Family Hospital football park. Games such as football, volleyball, sack race, draft, cards, lime and spoon among others were all undertake to ensure all staff can have their bit in terms of bodily exercise. The program featured staff from the Ghana immigration service, Ghana police service, Ghana national fire service, Berekum East Municipal Assembly office, Berekum West District Assembly office and etc. The Ghana Police Service- Berekum emerged the winner for the men’s soccer. The day was full of joy. Staff of the various institutions had a special moment to socialize and to make friends on the day. They wish such programs are organised periodically.
