The Berekum East Municipal Assembly organizes staff durbar every year. This year’s staff durbar had in attendance the and MCE for Berekum East Municipal Assembly Hon Kofi Adjei, the Coordinating Director, Mr. I.B. Ankomah, Heads of Department and Units as well as other staff of the Assembly. The intention was to officially welcome the staff back from the Christmas break and deliberate on work output to enhance performance in the New Year (2024) Other issues discussed were staff welfare, the growth of the Municipality and others. In the address of the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Kofi Adjei thanked the staff for their unflinching support to ensure the realization of the Assembly goals in the past year The Coordinating Director, I.B. Ankomah after his presentation opened a forum for staff to share some contributions as well as challenges that affected their performances in the previous year. The durbar ended with smiles.
